GETEC expandiert nach Italien

Die GETEC Group hat ihre Geschäftsaktivitäten entlang ihrer internationalen Wachstumsstrategie auf Italien ausgeweitet. In dem Zuge wird die italienische Antas S.p.A., ein führendes Energiedienstleistungsunternehmen, ab dem 1. Juni 2021 in die GETEC Group integriert. Die Anteile der Antas S.p.A. und aller verbundenen Unternehmen wie Energywave werden dazu in die G+E GETEC Holding GmbH eingebracht. Die Mehrheitsgesellschafter der Antas S.p.A. sind EQT Infrastructure und die GETEC Energie Holding GmbH, die auch Gesellschafter der G+E GETEC Holding sind.

Antas S.p.A. ist ein führender Anbieter von integrierten Energielösungen in Italien. Das Unternehmen plant, baut, besitzt und betreibt Energieanlagen im öffentlichen und privaten Immobilienbereich sowie im industriellen Sektor. Antas´ Spektrum deckt die gesamte Bandbreite effizienter und nachhaltiger Energielösungen im Contracting ab und reduziert sowohl die Kosten als auch die CO2-Emissionen seiner Kunden, indem es hauptsächlich in Anlagen mit einem hohen Digitalisierungsgrad investiert. Das Unternehmen betreibt über 4.000 Energieanlagen in Nord- und Mittelitalien und erwirtschaftet mit rund 600 Mitarbeitern einen Umsatz von rund 200 Millionen Euro.

GETEC expands to Italy

The GETEC Group has expanded its business activities along its international growth strategy to Italy. In this context, the Italian Antas S.p.A., a leading energy services company, will be integrated into the GETEC Group as of 1 June 2021. The shares of Antas S.p.A. and all associated companies such as Energywave will be transferred to G+E GETEC Holding GmbH. The majority shareholders of Antas S.p.A. are EQT Infrastructure and GETEC Energie Holding GmbH, which are also shareholders of G+E GETEC Holding.

Antas S.p.A. is a leading provider of integrated energy solutions in Italy. The company designs, builds, owns and operates energy assets in the public and private real estate as well as in the industrial sector . Antas' spectrum covers the entire range of efficient and sustainable energy solutions in contracting, reducing both costs and CO2 emissions of its customers through mainly investing in assets with a high level of digitization. The company operates over 4,000 energy assets in northern and central Italy and generates sales of around 200 million euros with around 600 employees.
